COVID - 19 information

Wales is currently at Alert LEVEL 0. Please remember you will be holidaying Wales and so the rules may differ from home.

As outlined at www.gov.wales:

From 28 March

Face coverings are legally required only in health and care settings

Workplaces and premises open to the public must continue to do coronavirus risk assessments

From 18 April

If the current public health situation remains stable, all remaining restrictions will be removed.

  • From 28th March 2022 it is no longer the law to wear a mask in shops or on buses and trains in Wales. This brings us in line with the rest of the UK.
  • While it will no longer be law to wear masks or self-isolate, if people have coronavirus symptoms First Minister Mark Drakeford said people would be advised to do so.
  • People with symptoms will no longer be able to get PCR tests, and free lateral flow tests will end from June.
  • In response to rising cases, the Welsh government said it would keep some, but not all, of its remaining Covid rules. It is still a legal requirement to wear a mask in health and social care settings
  • Companies will still be expected to assess the risk of Covid in their workplaces and take necessary precautions.

'HANDS - FACE - SPACE' still remains good advice.

The Bar is OPEN from 5pm every evening (closed Mondays until Easter)

We are doing our very best to open the Smokehouse in time for Easter and the summer

We Thank You for your understanding.

2022 continues our loyalty scheme

Lots and lots of you have now signed up to our loyalty scheme and many many FREE nights were claimed again last season.

If you've already signed up - remember to bring your card with you when you next visit. Keep collecting your stamps and claiming your free nights. If you haven't yet joined up, make sure you ask for a card when you visit us next.

It's really easy. You collect a stamp for each night you pay/stay for and when you've collected 10 stamps you get the next night free.

TV Reception

A full signal. On site we have an OFCOM approved relay transmitter sending digital Freeview signals over the whole park. This means everyone in the park with a Freeview-compatible digital TV or set top box can receive a number of digital channels. Please be sure to align your digital TV antenna straight up for the best possible signal.

Our WiFi Internet Access service now covers the whole of the park. That's 18 acres in total. Its a big task. Just check your connection before you sign up (small charge applies). For more information on our WiFi Internet access service visit the Tyddyn Llwyn WiFi Internet Access page. Whilst you'll easily be able to access your emails and social media accounts it will not support EVERY customer using Netflix / YouTube/ and your chosen TV channels - especially at busy times.

If trains are your thing.....

Did you know that we are within walking distance of the Ffestiniog Railway, the Welsh Highland and Welsh Heritage Railway.

The Welsh Highland Railway is now the longest narrow gauge railway in Wales and runs daily from the majestic Caernarfon Castle all the way to Porthmadog. Take a look at http://www.ffestrail.co.uk for more information and current timetables.
