The Park Terms are shown below. You'd be surprised at the some of the daft things we witness, hence the long list. We just want to ensure that everyone's stay is as enjoyable as possible. A copy of these Terms are given to everyone who checks into the park on arrival.
- By paying your deposit/ fees you (and all persons in your party) are agreeing to abide by these Conditions.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-TRANSFERRABLE. In the event of a cancellation prior to 7 days of your arrival date, we may, as a gesture of goodwill, transfer your deposit to a stay later in the current season. This is not guaranteed, and is at the management’s discretion. In the event of cancelling within 7 days of your arrival date your deposit will be lost.
- Full balance of payment is due within 48 hours of your arrival.
- Customers must report ON ARRIVAL to the reception building for security reasons. Day visitors are allowed but must park by reception. There is a charge of £3.00 per car. Visitors must report ON ARRIVAL and vacate by 5pm
- Pitches are allocated prior to arrival. If we were not made aware of any special requests when your booking was taken we cannot be held responsible if your pitch is unsuitable.
- Maximum of 1 family / 6 persons per unit. Number persons must not exceed the specified number of berths of your unit.
- Pitches are available from 1pm and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. If you think that these times may prove to be difficult for you please let us know. Latest time for pitching up is dusk. Late arrivals can park by the reception/office block.
- All touring pitches are all-weather. All caravans/motorhomes must pitch on the all-weather surface but if you choose to put your awning on the grass an ECO/breathable mat must be used. All weather surfaced pitches are suitable for awnings (we recommend rock pegs).
- WE HAVE LIMITED SPACE FOR EXTRA PARKING. Only one vehicle per pitch is allowed. Additional vehicles will be charged @ £6.00pn. If you don’t want to pay this charge – please don’t bring a second (or even third) vehicle. No commercial vehicles are allowed on the park. Extra or commercial vehicles must park by the reception.
- Adults must supervise children at all times, including when using the toilet blocks and play park area.
- Please do not let your children play in toilet blocks, streams or water courses. Children are strictly prohibited from climbing trees. Please respect the parks plant and animal life and avoid causing any undue damage to them.
- Bicycles are allowed – but please no racing or speeding. Please stay on established roads and pathways
- The Bar is a FREE HOUSE – remember it is also open to non-residents and the general public. Children are allowed, but they must be accompanied by their parents/guardians at all times and be off premise by 10.00pm (later by managements discretion). Unaccompanied children will be asked to leave.
- OPEN FIRES and/or FIRE PITS & BUCKETS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN both on the park and in the surrounding woodland areas. Chinese Lanterns are prohibited. They are dangerous, damaging and potentially life threatening.
- Barbecues are permitted where they are on a stand and leave no scorch marks on the grass.
- The turf or ground must not be dug or interfered with in any way. Fire Extinguishers are provided on the park in the areas shown on the map. In the event of a fire please ensure that your caravan /motor home / tent is evacuated to a safe distance and raise the alarm. In the event of an emergency contact the wardens.
- Dogs are accepted on the park (max 2 per unit). They must be on a short lead/tethered at all times. Please don’t leave dogs unattended in vans / awnings / motorhomes or cars. We ask that you clean up any fouling and exercise your dog off park. Lastly – please do not take your dogs in the shower blocks.
- A speed limit of 10 mph exists on the site at all times. The movement of traffic between 22.30hrs and 07.00hrs is discouraged unless prior arrangements have been made with the Park Owners.
- Please try to avoid disturbing your neighbours. The playing of music and televisions must be kept down so that no annoyance is caused to other guests. We request that noise levels are reduced after 22.30hrs for the benefit of all customers. The management will ask anyone behaving unacceptably to leave the park.
- In the interests of safety we ask that ball games, frisbees etc are not to be played near the caravans / hotel/ reception or car parking areas. Firearms, air weapons, crossbows, slingshots or knives are not allowed on the Park.
- It is prohibited to fly drones (with or without a licence) within the curtilage of Tyddyn Llwyn Caravan Park.
- The deep sinks at the shower blocks are for the washing of dishes. Dishes and clothes must not be washed at water taps or in the shower block hand basins. For your clothes washing please use the laundrette facilities. Washing Lines are prohibited.
- The management reserve the right to refuse admission.

- Arrival is from 1pm and departure by 12 noon
- Tap water is fit for drinking
- Showers are coin operated: 1 x 50p piece (10mins+)
- The launderette is open from 10am-10pm.
- Telephone kiosk is by the shop. Emergency numbers are displayed on the shop notice board.
- Fire extinguishers are provided on the park in areas shown on the map (issued on your arrival)
- Wardens are on site in case of emergencies.
